Okay CLEARies, we've been holding out on you. Una and Geiger arrived at the beginning of March, but it's taken us this long to manage their care and comfort in such a way as to present them for adoption. These cuties came to us after being passed around from dementia resident to dementia resident at a senior facility that didn't even allow pets to begin with. 

Coming from somewhere where they were unable to receive proper care, it's no wonder that these birds only have one properly functioning leg between the two of them. Una, our little pied lady, was named such because she only has one leg. Her boyfriend Geiger was in a cast for a few weeks, unfortunately that was not enough to rectify his deformed leg. Under advisement from our amazing veterinary partners, we set up a special needs enclosure for them and are hoping that a very special, very patient forever family will step up to help these two live their best lives. Everyday we work with them is an absolute gift, and we hope that others out there will feel the same.
