Sugarloaf

Our little lady Sugarloaf is a survivor. She and a Zebra finch sibling were the only ones who survived 10 days without food or water after their beloved mom passed away. While she has a clean bill of health now, going without food or water for nearly two weeks resulted in some possibly permanent neurological issues that make her dance when she eats and cause her to look unsteady. We know whoever brings home this gurgling little firecracker will get used to these charming quirks and just want to coddle and pamper her.

Treat-motivated Sugarloaf is not fearful, but she wants to choose when to perch in your hands for snacks. She may need to taste test every part of your finger before honoring you with her trust. If you like the personality of cats but in avian form, this pineapple chicken clicks and purrs when she gets scritches. Sugar's a sweet treat in the middle of a frigid winter, and she deserves nothing less than good vibes and warm-fuzzies for the rest of her days.
