Skipper

Skipper, named after his finder discovered him in a swimming pool, is a sweet but shy guy who is looking for his forever home. He's relatively shy and generally prefers to hang out in his cage and chill. Skipper's foster mom says "he's not too noisy, but will chirp to say hi when we enter the room. He doesn't want to be handled yet but will gladly eat from my hand, making progress every day." If you have a love for cockatiels and the patience this shy guy requires, please inquire!
