Pepper
is peppy as can be! This formerly stray lady is a Quadruple B- Bossy Blue Budgie Babe- and we wouldn't have it any other way. Pepper is REALLY interested in other parakeets and would thrive in a home with another budgie sibling who can match her high energy and fearlessness. Pepper is at least 2 years old, and definitely ready for her forever home!
