Baby Bell

Writer: F JohnsonF Johnson

Baby Bell wants to do everything all by herself- but since she doesn't have opposable thumbs, we have to help her out. This spunky girl was found in Evanston in April of 2024, and when one of our Stray Squad volunteers went to see if they could wrangle her, she saw them put down our rescue cage and RAN over to it, eventually rescuing herself ALL BY HERSELF. Now that Baby Bell's wild days are over, this ~6 month old little lady is looking for a family that will teach her how to interact properly with people with or without the help of an older, experienced budgie. She LOVES other birds, but we think she'd be equally fine in a dedicated household.
